It seems that the representatives of the German TUV Technical Inspection and studio Hohenester Sport providing them technical support envisaged a good tradition. Last year, Jürgen Hohenester, a former racer and now head of the Bureau of Hohenester Sport, has set a record speed of vehicles operating on natural gas. He disbanded 585-strong sedan Audi A4 (code B7) to 327.2 km / h. And this year the record will be updated.

The participants are the same, but the machine has changed. This continues to be the last generation Audi A4 with engine V6 3.0, but the two turbocompressors make the car to give 700hp. Together with small aerodynamic improvements that gave impressive results - incredible 364.6 km / h!
But engineers from Hohenester Sport office argue that the result could be even better: out of the engine, you can squeeze up to 800hp, but the transmission will no longer survive after that. But for loud advertising of alternative fuels the achieved results are quite enough.
